For those who wish to receive the Application Guidelines by mail, please write “Request for Application Form for the Graduate School Entrance Exam” in red on an envelope addressed to the Academic Office of the Faculty of Humanities and enclose a self-addressed No. 2 envelope with a 250 yen stamp affixed, making sure that your postal code, address, name and telephone number are written clearly.
